This isn't a chore chart. It's a game running in your house. You pick your own missions, on your own time — and every one you finish drops credits into your bank. Spend them on real freedom. And the best part? No more nagging. The board keeps score, not us.
Real talk. Here's what's annoying about how chores work right now, and exactly what changes.
Your quests move left to right. Tap a card to push it along. Get one all the way to Loot Claimed and watch your bank jump. 👇
↑ This is a live demo. Tap the quests to run a full sprint. (No real chores were harmed.)
Every quest is rated by how much effort + dread it takes. Knock out a big scary one and you get paid big.
Under 10 mins. Quick win, low dread. Feed the pets, take out the bins, wipe a bench.
15–30 mins. Focus required. Unpack + reload the dishwasher, vacuum the living room.
45 mins+. Deep breath, high friction. Deep-clean your room (to spec), wash the car.
Pro move: a full perfect week is roughly 4 smalls + 2 mediums + 1 large = 12 credits. You decide the mix. Hate one big job? Do a pile of small ones instead. Your call.
Tap the quests you'd pull this week. Watch your credits climb and the store light up. This is basically what Sunday planning looks like.
Suggested weekly capacity: 4×S · 2×M · 1×L. You can go over — but you have to actually do them all. 😅
Boring chores deserve legendary names. Type any chore and the Forge will rename it for your card. "Empty the dishwasher" is a chore. "RAID: The Banishment of the Crusted Relics" is a mission.
Credits don't buy junk you already have. They buy freedom, time, and experiences. This is the starting stock — you'll get to invent your own loot at the first planning session.

Prices are “Game Balance Beta v1.0”. Too hard or too easy? We patch the numbers together at the retro. ⬢
See something you want that isn't on the shelf? Write it up and pitch it to the Game Masters — the reward, why it's worth it, and a fair credit price. Good pitches get added to the Trading Post for everyone. The stock is yours to grow.
This system has rules the grown-ups have to follow too. These ones are on your side. ⬢
Once the week is planned on Sunday, no new chores can be dropped on you until next week. What you see is what you owe. Period.
One per week, worth ⬢2 — enough to cover a Small or a Medium (not a Large; the big one you face). Brutal day, big exam, late practice? Defer the quest to next week (you still owe it, still earn it) or swap it for one the same size or smaller. No argument, no guilt.
Every big quest has an agreed checklist on the back. Tick the list and you're officially done. Nobody can add “oh and also…”.
If something urgent HAS to be added mid-week, an old card gets pushed off to balance it. Your total load never secretly grows.
Smash your week by Wednesday? The reward is a clear board and free days — not a pile of bonus chores. Efficiency pays.
Every week ends with a chill catch-up over pancakes/milkshakes. You get to change the rules that annoyed you. You're a co-designer, not a worker.
